On Friday, November 11 (Veterans Day) and Monday, November 14 the Rivers Edge Veterans Association (REVA) held a fundraiser at Wing & Fish (W&F), 4764 Main St. Shallotte. By manning the entrance and passing out flyers listing all of our charities, REVA received 10% of W&F proceeds. For our efforts and with the support of local residents and particularly the residents of Rivers Edge, REVA received a donation of $500. We estimate that Rivers Edge residents spent well over this amount on food and drinks! Once again REVA thanks you for your support!
