The Rivers Edge Veterans Association held its Third Annual Bowling Tournament at Planet Fun on Sunday February 3, 2019. One hundred and twenty one bowlers participated in the event. The house was filled with bowlers supporting REVA and its charity organizations. From the funds raised REVA was able to donate $1000 to The Warrior Ride of Oak Island and $1000 for the REVA scholarship program. REVA would like to thank the RE community and the guests of REVA for their generous support and we look forward to hosting our next bowling tournament in February 2020. In first place with 2799 total pins was the team of Regina Schliewe, Gary Schliewe, Andrew Burns and Duane Burns. But the highlight of the day was Danny Maxwell rolling a perfect 300 game.
