The Rivers Edge Veterans Association held its second annual bowling tournament at Planet Fun on Sunday February 4, 2018. One hundred and twenty eight bowlers participated in the event. The house was filled with bowlers supporting REVA and its charity organizations. From the funds raised REVA was able to donate $900 each to The Warrior Ride of Oak Island and the West Brunswick Junior ROTC program. REVA would like to thank the RE community for their generous support and we look forward to hosting our next bowling tournament in February 2019. In first place with 2565 total pins was the team of Steve Rogers, Carmine Zecchino, George Klienmann, Marie Boomhour. Gary Schliewe, Regina Schliewe, Diane Cramp and Duane Burns finished second with 2282 total pins and in third place was the team of Vince Ferraro, Shirley Wilson George Baucum and Don Wislon with 2253 total pins.
