The Rivers Edge Veterans Association hosted its Fourth Annual Bowling Tournament at Planet Fun on Sunday, February 3, 2020. The house was filled with bowlers and fans supporting REVA and its charitable organizations. This year we had 121 bowlers, gave away over $2400 in door prizes, and with your participation and generous contributions raised over $2000 for our charities. With these funds REVA will be sponsoring a scholarship for a veteran or a family member of a veteran to Brunswick County Community College, help support the West Brunswick JROTC program, donate to the Veterans Welcome Home and Resource Center in Little River and continue to support veteran organizations that assist and support our veterans. The 2020 winning team was DILLIGAF with a score of 2650. Team members were Tonya Decker, Scott Decker, Keith Croom and Brandon McCall. Both Scott and Keith bowled 300 games!! Mark your calendars for next year! Our 2021 tournament will be held on Superbowl Sunday, February 7, 2021.
