On December 14, the Rivers Edge Veterans Association (REVA) hosted a Foursome for Heroes golf outing at the Rives Edge Golf Club. Foursome for Heroes golf events are organized by Operation North State (ONS) in partnership with veterans associations and golf clubs in North Carolina. REVA has been hosting Foursome for Heroes golf outings since 2020. At this event REVA hosted four (4) Wounded Warriors / D-Vets and the Director of ONS. Six (6) REVA members participated. After a chilly, but enjoyable, day on the golf course lunch was as the veterans shared stories and camaraderie.
