The Rivers Edge Veterans Association (REVA) and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 7288 of Calabash partnered with a donation to the Brunswick Community College Foundation. The scholarship will be awarded to a deserving student who is an honorably discharged veteran, a spouse or child of an honorably discharged veteran. Other relatives (niece, nephew, cousin) may also benefit from the scholarship. The deserving student must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and a graduate of a Brunswick County high school. This is REVA’s fourth year awarding the scholarship to a deserving student of BCC.
