The Rivers Edge Property Owners Association, Inc. is responsible for the management, maintenance, security, and control of all common area within the plantation as well as for levying assessments to fund common expenses for the benefit of all property owners within the plantation. Rivers Edge is funded by yearly assessment of all property owners.
