The voting process on the amendment to change the Golf Course’s voting rights and assessment obligations ended February 16, 2018, as stated on the ballot. The link below is to a PDF document that explains the formal procedures for conducting the vote and tallying the votes. Note that votes will not be tallied and reported until February 22. The process allows for ballots postmarked on or before February 16, 2018, to be accepted as on time. A few days beyond February 16 is necessary to allow for any last-minute votes to arrive before the formal count is conducted.

Following the vote tally process described in the procedures document, the results will be posted on the REPOA website and announced in a Flash message. For those Association members who have not yet provided us with an e-mail address, results also will be included in the notice for the Annual Meeting to be held in April.
